Based in Vosne-Romanée, Confuron-Cotetidot is a traditional family domaine with holdings across some of the finest vineyards of the Côte de Nuits. Their old-school approach includes whole bunch fermentation and long barrel ageing, producing Burgundies with perfume, structure and excellent ageing potential.

"Bright medium red. Aromas of licorice, violet, pepper and game, with notes of watercress and celery. On the lean side and rather dry following the bottling, but opened in the glass to show good intensity and energy. Finishes with granular tannins."  Stpehen Tanzer, Vinous.com, Mar 2014
