Aurore Bachelet is a very talented young winemaker based in Santenay, where she is making a real impression with her elegant, fruit-driven wines. Her Santenay Rouge comes from old-vine Pinot Noir and is a beautifully classic Côte de Beaune red, with ripe cherry and raspberry fruit, subtle floral notes and fine, supple tannins, finishing fresh and persistent.
