2024 Casal di Serra Verdicchio, Umani Ronchi
Umani Ronchi's Casal di Serra is produced from a selection of the finest hillside vineyards in the heart of the Castelli di Jesi Classico zone. Fruit is blended from two zones, Le Busche and San Sebastiano, from old vines on loose sand and clay soils. It was one of the region's first single-selection Verdicchios and remains a reference point for the variety today. Fermented with its natural yeasts and aged on its lees, it combines Verdicchio's hallmark freshness with impressive texture, depth and ageing potential.
