"The tartness and chew of rhubarb, combined with the cyanic glow of apple pips and an incisive sprinkling of crushed stone and white pepper, make for a slightly austere but highly invigorating performance. Sweet pea adds crunch and subtle suggestions of sweetness en route to the energetic and prolonged finish. This needs time to calm down.
