Cremant de Loire Brut, Langlois-Chateau NV
Founded in 1885 and part of the Bollinger family since 1973, Langlois-Château is widely regarded as one of the Loire Valley's finest sparkling wine producers. Crafted using the traditional method from a blend led by Chenin Blanc, complemented by Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months - twice the appellation requirement - creating a Cremant of remarkable finesse, freshness and complexity.
Vibrant, fresh and racy with waxed lemon, crisp green apple, stone fruit, brioche and fine bubbles. The perfect sparkling aperitif while also pairing beautifully with oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon and light canapés.
