A fresh, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from one of South Africa’s most iconic estates with talented winemaker Matthew Day drawing influence from the great Sauvignons of the Loire Valley.  Grown on the cool, ocean-breezed slopes of Constantia, just south of Cape Town, it retains bright natural acidity and a clean, zesty character.  Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately, then masterfully blended to reflect the purity and complexity of Klein Constantia’s unique terroir.  A perfect pairing with seafood and lighter dishes.

"The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is the current release and comes from 42 vineyard blocks, undergoing 100% natural fermentation using CO2 to protect it. It has a perfumed bouquet with grapefruit, yellow plum and hints of mango—atypical for a Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is well balanced with a crisp entry, light walnut and flinty elements coming through with aeration.
