2023 Saffron Grange Sparkling Rosé

Nestled in the rolling countryside of Essex, Saffron Grange has quickly earned a reputation as one of England's most exciting boutique sparkling wine producers and is a wonderful estate to visit.  From the generous 2023 vintage, the English Sparkling Rosé is made from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using the traditional method and aged for a minimum of 19 months on its yeast lees.  Lots of vibrant fruit, elegance and freshness that have become the hallmark of the estate.

Beautiful salmon pink colour.  The nose has a bouquet of red apples, cranberries and peaches leading to pomegranate, pear and creamy lemon curd on the finish. This food friendly wine can be enjoyed with seared tuna or a peach and burrata salad.
