Peter Sisseck is one of Spain's most celebrated winemakers, best known as the creator of the legendary Dominio de Pingus in Ribera del Duero. Born in Denmark, Sisseck established Pingus in 1995, quickly earning international acclaim for producing some of Spain's most extraordinary and sought after wines. His meticulous approach to viticulture, commitment to old vines and pursuit of purity and elegance have made him one of the most influential figures in modern Spanish winemaking.

PSI is Sisseck's more accessible expression of Ribera del Duero, created in 2007 to support local growers and preserve the region's precious old bush vines. Made predominantly from Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), sourced from vineyards across the region and aged largely in older oak, PSI offers a beautifully pure, expressive and approachable style. Combining ripe red and dark fruit with floral notes, gentle spice and fine tannins, it captures the character of Ribera del Duero with impressive freshness, elegance and exceptional value.
