Oremus, Mandolas Dry Furmint 2023, Tokaj, 75cl

Mandolas is the dry Furmint from Oremus, Vega Sicilia’s historic estate in Hungary’s Tokaj region. Made from 100% Furmint, it showcases the variety’s naturally vibrant acidity and distinctive mineral character in a dry, elegant style. Fermentation and ageing take place in a combination of stainless steel and Hungarian oak, with time on the lees adding texture and complexity.

Fresh and precise, Mandolas combines citrus and orchard fruit with delicate floral notes, subtle spice and a mineral, lightly saline finish. Its excellent acidity and structure make it both a versatile food wine and capable of developing further with age.
