Cuvée Edition 3 is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, bringing together reserve wines with the latest vintage to produce a sparkling wine of remarkable elegance, precision and complexity. Extended lees ageing brings layers of freshly baked brioche, biscuit and shortbread, while the palate is elegant and impeccably balanced. Bright acidity lifts flavours of orchard fruit, buttery lemon and subtle stone fruits, complemented by toasted almond and delicate pastry notes. The finish is long, fresh and harmonious, with impressive finesse and a chalky mineral precision that reflects its Sussex origins.
