2009 Vacqueyras Vieille Vignes, Domaine La Monardiere

"The impressive 2009 Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes (70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre from 6-year-old vines) exhibits deep black cherry and blackberry fruit intermixed with notions of licorice, barbecue smoke, roasted herbs and charcuterie.
