The Staatliche Weinbaudomäne Niederhausen-Schlossböckelheim was established in 1901 by the Prussian state as a model wine estate in the Nahe region of Germany (it has since been privatised and renamed Gut Hermannsberg).  This a rare mature Riesling Beerenauslese from the esteemed Kupfergrube vineyard made from grapes affected by noble rot.
