Haut Roc Blanquant is the third wine of Chateau Belair-Monange, one of Saint-Emilion’s great estates. Named after a historic parcel of the vineyard - literally “High White Rock” - the name reflects the limestone rich terroir that is central to the character of Belair-Monange.

Produced in very limited quantities, Haut Roc Blanquant is made for charm, elegance and earlier drinking, while retaining the refinement of the Grand Vin. The 2014 was the inaugural vintage, produced from 100% Merlot and aged for 16 months in oak. Now mature, it is supple, bright and beautifully balanced, with pure Merlot fruit, fine tannins and the freshness and mineral tension characteristic of this exceptional Saint Emilion terroir.
