2020 Bourgogne Blanc, Sylvain Bzikot – A classic, clean and fresh Chardonnay from vines just outside of Puligny Montrachet. Waxy green apple, papaya, citrus, almond, brioche and a fine mineral finish.
2021 Sancerre La Vendangette, Domaine La Croix Canat – A refreshing and sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre. Light yellow-green in colour with a complex and impressive palate of peach, citrus, flint and white flowers that builds to a fine long finish.
2022 Kloof Street Old Vine Chenin Blanc, Mullineux – Excellent Chenin Blanc from one of South Africa’s most exciting producers. Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character.
