2024 La Vie en Rose, Chateau La Roubine

On the nose, aromas of roses and pink grapefruit are dominant. On the palate, this wine reveals notes of citrus and peach.  A delightful and festive rosé, perfect as an aperitif or with a light, summery meal, especially delicious Mediterranean fish such as red porgy or sea bream. It also pairs wonderfully with bouillabaisse or bourride.  50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah.
