NV Cremant de Loire Brut, Langlois-Chateau – Langlois-Chateau is Bollinger's Loire valley estate. Vibrant, fresh and racy with waxed lemon, crisp green apple, stone fruit, brioche and fine bubbles. The perfect sparkling aperitif.
2023 Mucchietto Fiano, Famiglia Pasqua – The limestone rich soil, cooling breezes and warmth of Puglia contribute to deliver this thirst-quenching Fiano. Aromas of nectarines, honeysuckle, tropical fruit and almonds combine with floral notes on the nose. The palate is round and crisp, with a twist on the finish that makes it just delicious.
2021 Bourgogne Blanc, Sylvain Bzikot – A classic, clean and fresh Chardonnay from vines just outside of Puligny Montrachet. Waxy green apple, papaya, citrus, almond, brioche and a fine mineral finish.
2024 Village Pinot Noir, Kumeu River – The small but perfectly formed 2024 vintage of Kumeu River is one of the most exciting ever from this iconic estate. This moreish New Zealand Pinot is all about pure, vibrant red cherry fruit, silky texture, and fine chalky tannins.
2016 Jean-Pierre Moueix Medoc Rouge – A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc with complex cassis, rich dark fruit, liquorice and spice. Classic claret from a top Bordeaux vintage.
2017 Tokaji Blue Label 5 Puttonyos Aszu, Royal Tokaji Wine Company (50cl) – A beautifully balanced, lusciously sweet Tokaji with vibrant freshness. Layers of dried apricot, honey, tangerine peel, and brown sugar unfold with tangy precision and a long, elegant finish.
