"A big, rich, toasty effort that fills the mouth with fruit, the 2000 Dom Perignon is one of the more full-bodied, concentrated releases from this estate. Offering lots of orchard fruits, toasted nut/bread, and hints of white flowers, it has moderate acidity and a fleshy, layered texture.
