2025 Aix Provence Rose, Maison Saint Aix

AIX Rosé has become one of Provence's most recognisable and sought after rosés, produced at the stunning 75-hectare Maison Saint AIX estate, nestled in the hills north east of Aix en Provence.  Founded by the Kurver family in 2009, the estate sits at 400 metres altitude where warm Mediterranean days, cool nights and the constant influence of the Mistral wind create ideal conditions for growing Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.  Grapes are harvested before sunrise to preserve freshness and purity, resulting in a wine that has become a benchmark for modern Provence rosé.

Pale salmon pink in colour, AIX Rosé is fragrant, fresh and beautifully balanced. Aromas of watermelon, wild strawberries, white blossom and ripe peach lead into a vibrant palate layered with juicy stone fruits, raspberries and a subtle cranberry freshness. Crisp acidity and a refined mineral streak bring energy and precision, while the long, dry finish keeps the wine refreshing and effortlessly drinkable.  Equally at home as an aperitif or alongside seafood, Mediterranean dishes and summer salads, AIX perfectly captures the relaxed elegance of Provence.
