Sourced from carefully selected cool-climate vineyards across the Western Cape, the wine is made with wild yeasts, a proportion of whole-cluster fermentation and ageing in older oak barrels, allowing the character of Pinot Noir to shine through with clarity and precision. The 2024 vintage benefited from a dry, healthy growing season, producing fruit of exceptional quality and concentration.

The 2024 Copper Pot Pinot Noir is beautifully perfumed, offering aromas of pomegranate, hibiscus, redcurrant and dried citrus zest, alongside subtle notes of juniper, herbs and sweet spice. The palate is vibrant yet finely textured, combining juicy red berry fruit with bright acidity, delicate tannins and a savoury undertone.
