2006 Latricieres Chambertin Grand Cru, Louis Remy

Founded in 1820, the estate is now run by the 7th generation of the family.  Vinification is traditional in wooden vats to bring out the finesse and elegance of the Pinot Noir.  Old vintages are kept for ageing in their beautiful 17th and 18th century vaulted cellars.
