2021 Clos des Lunes Lune d’Argent, Bordeaux Blanc

Silver Moon is made from vineyards in Sauternes.  Famous as the home of Bordeaux’s famous sweet wines (made from late season botrytised grapes), this is considered a great terroir for dry whites, harvested earlier.  Fresh, lively, ripe Sauvignon Blanc joins the florality of Semillon to make this pure and precise wine.  70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.
