Vincent Bachelet is the 3rd generation of the Bachelet family to work the family’s 17 hectare estate. Grapes are harvest by hand with minimal intervention in the winery and no additives allowing the exceptional terroir to shine through. A delicious St Aubin with a wonderful golden hue with buttery citrus, honey and hazelnut on the palate and a vibrant mineraility.
