Old vine Chenin Blanc is the backbone of this blend with several small parcels of Mediterranean varieties added for complexity, balance and aromatic lfit. Fermented in barrel with indigenous yeasts and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (20% new). Fresh and richly textured, with citrus notes, ripe pears, almonds, peaches, and a wonderfully precise clove-like finish.
