2021 Taganan Tinto, Envinate

"There's an herbal and reductive twist in the 2021 Táganan Tinto, from the black basalt soils of Taganana. The palate is austere and stony, very different from the 2022 I tasted next to it. In 2021, they started bottling this wine after nine or 10 months of élevage, before the following harvest. 4,000 bottles were filled in July 2022. Drink 2025-2030."  Luis Gutierrez, The Wine Advocate
