"Very deep colour. Still extremely youthful, yet this has avoided the dry tannins which affect many 2005s. Rich, voluptuous, fine-grained tannins and plenty of crisp acidity balancing the dark cherry and berry fruit. Some dark olive notes for extra complexity.
