2002 Quinta Vale D. Maria, Vintage Port

"Very distinctive, with a warmed spearmint leaf note leading the way, followed by lush fig jam, Christmas pudding and toffee flavors. Accents of plum paste and blackberry preserves hang in the background, complemented by a light charcoal edge on the finish. This is starting to hit its stride, but there's no hurry.
