2012 Quadrille Cremant De Loire, Langlois-Chateau

Vibrant, fresh and racy with waxed lemon, crisp green apple, stone fruit, brioche and fine bubbles. The perfect sparkling aperitif.  This is a blend of 50% Chenin Blanc, 30% Chardonnay, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Pinot Noir.

Fine sparkling wines have contributed greatly to the reputation of Langlois-Chateau, a benchmark estate in the Loire vineyards. The winery utilises 95 hectares of vines on the best Loire Valley AOC’s (51 Ha in Saumur, 11 Ha in Saumur Champigny and 33 Ha in Sancerre) and is entirely certified Terra Vitis (sustainable viticulture).
