Made from 100% Chardonnay this impressive Cremant has a lush creamy texture and an abundance of clean fresh fruit with with green apple, orange peel, mango and pineapple. Céline and Laurent Tripoz farm organically with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winery and only natural yeasts used in the winemaking.
