Spanish-native Monastrell (also known as Mourvedre) from the dry farmed, sandy-chalky vineyards on the relatively cool slopes of the Sierra del Molar in Murcia. A spicy, savoury and full-bodied red that's consolidating as the benchmark for this variety.
