Trentodoc is sparkling wine from the mountains and is the the first DOC in Italy dedicated to 100% Metodo Classico (secondary fermentation in bottle, as in Champagne).
These mountainside vineyards are the largest area of Chardonnay vines in Italy. Warm afternoons and cool nights give brilliant sparkling wines. Tiny persistent bubbles, delicately fragrant, with clean and crisp berry fruit, faint balsamic notes and a round texture. Aged for 36 months on lees.
