A trio of wonderful Champagnes from 3 of the region’s leading exponents. 

Bollinger Special Cuvee – A reliably excellent Champagne with honeyed fruit, baked apple, brioche, spice and a creamy effervescent finish. This is a fine expression of the complex, rich and powerful house style.  One of the great Champagne houses, Bollinger is particularly notable for the elegance of its pinot noir.

Ayala Brut Majeur  – Founded in 1860, Ayala was one of the original Grandes Marques and its Champagnes are renowned for their precision and elegance.  This is a wonderful aperitif with lemon zest, brioche, crisp orchard fruit and subtle chalky minerality leading to a long fine finish.

Champagne Palmer & Co Brut Reserve– The wonderfully complex Palmer Brut Reserve is based on a selection of wines from the best Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards in the Champagne region. Harmonious and long with vibrant citrus, baked apples and brioche.
