"From the fosse de Chaintres - a bowl-like dip behind the village of Chaintres - La Marginale comes from a parcel of vines that sits on clay over limestone. The 2020 is a round and open wine; it bursts with red raspberry and coulis-like flavours combined with a hint of festive spice. A primary, silken style with a coating of powdery tannins that will leave you with a sensation of a chalky powder coating all surfaces of your mouth in a round embrace.
